The management of the center understands that the quality of our staff directly determines the caliber of the program. We carefully scrutinize candidates for all staffing positions. All staff members must pass a State Police criminal background check, Child Protective Services background check, and must furnish at least three verifiable childcare-related references.
We seek candidates with experience and we examine their early childhood core beliefs and philosophies to find the best possible match between staff and program.
